These terms cover use of the Aerarium launch page, founder list, public Research workspace links, and beta access links. They are intentionally concise while Aerarium is in beta.

No financial advice

Aerarium provides tools for tracking rules, research, portfolio context, and personal investment discipline. It does not provide personalized financial, legal, or tax advice. You remain responsible for investment decisions.

Beta status

Aerarium Portfolio is available through TestFlight during beta. Features may change, break, or be removed before public App Store launch.

Read-only product posture

Aerarium Portfolio is designed around read-only brokerage visibility and does not place trades. Do not use Aerarium as your only source of truth for balances, tax records, or legally required reporting.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not submit someone else's email address without permission.
• Do not rely on beta features where loss, compliance, or legal obligations depend on them.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Aerarium moves from beta to public launch, including when pricing and subscription terms are finalized.
