These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aerarium iOS app and the Aerarium website. By using Aerarium, you agree to these Terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Aerarium for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service (including Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to your use of the app).
No financial advice
Aerarium provides tools for tracking rules, research, portfolio context, and personal investment discipline. It is not a broker-dealer or investment adviser and does not provide personalized financial, legal, or tax advice. You remain solely responsible for your investment decisions. Do not use Aerarium as your only source of truth for balances, tax records, or legally required reporting.
Read-only product posture
Aerarium is designed around read-only brokerage visibility and does not place trades. Brokerage connections, when you choose to make them, use read-only OAuth via SnapTrade.
Subscriptions and billing
- Aerarium is free to use. Aerarium Premium is an auto-renewable subscription offered at $9.99 per month or $89.99 per year (prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase).
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renew, in your App Store account settings after purchase.
- Premium unlocks advanced policy compliance (concentration, sector, restricted, and speculative rules) and portfolio sharing. Free features remain available without a subscription.
Your content and accounts
You retain ownership of the data you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You can export or permanently delete your account and data at any time from within the app.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the service.
- Do not submit someone else's email address or personal data without permission.
- Do not use Aerarium for unlawful purposes.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Aerarium is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aerarium and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for investment losses, arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notice in the app or by email.
